In the past at my job we’ve always had 5 paid days and 5 unpaid. I’ve always waited to use my paid days to go on vacation. Yesterday a manager at my job told us that after the unpaid time off, they are mandatory making us use the paid days even though I always and most cases never want to use them until I do. Is that legal?
