Finally solved my resin fume problem (Anycubic M7 Pro + Laser Engraver Purifier Setup)

Hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick workshop win for anyone struggling with resin odors and VOCs in a home setup.

Like a lot of you, I love the speed of my Anycubic Photon M7, but the fumes are brutal, and those tiny clip-on carbon blocks don't do much. I am not able to vent out a window, so I decided to repurpose a heavy-duty air purifier meant for a laser engraver. I use the Laserpecker Air Purifier (one of those big multi-stage HEPA/charcoal extractors).

To make it work, I designed and 3D printed a custom hose adapter that fits perfectly onto the M7's rear exhaust port and steps it up to the standard flexible ducting used by the laser extractor.

The setup works flawlessly. Because laser purifiers are built for high-volume smoke and chemical filtration, it completely scrubs the air. Zero resin smell in the room now, even during long prints.

If anyone else is running an M7/Pro/Max and wants to do the same, I just uploaded the STL files over on Cults3D (Zero-Fume Kit for Anycubic Mono M7/Pro/Max) . It’s a super easy print, you just need some magnets.

PS: Yes, the image is AI. I can't get good shots in my messy basement. It just shows the setup idea.
