Pain not waking me up at night

Does anyone else find that their pain symptoms are the least when they wake up in the morning? If so does that point to a pattern that could maybe identify the cause? I find my symptoms getting worse as the day goes on and peaking before I go to bed. It’s hard to fall asleep but once I do, it’s not waking me up outside of my usual insomnia

Advice Needed

Hi all-

I recognize you are not all doctors but having been to many of them and having my worsening symptoms being dismissed as anxiety, I’m curious if anyone has any thoughts or advice. I had pain about 10 years ago under my ribcage that was dull and seemed odd for about 3 years but it never progressed so I ignored it. Flash forward to year 4 and I started having irregular bowel movements. Was tested for fecal fat/EPI negative. All my bloodwork has come back normal, even to today. Saw a hematologist, rheumatologist, and neurologist. Had a bunch of specific bloodwork done, still nothing. Has an EMG at the neurologist and came back negative. Meanwhile I now have pins/needles and burning coasting through my body at all times. My biggest areas of pain are from my groin and back shooting down my legs. I have tingling in hangs and feet but nothing too crazy. My skin has gotten very dry, my muscles twitch and cramp, and the digestive symptoms have continued. Brain fog and shooting pains (lightening bolts) are now common. My neurologist thinks it’s anxiety and prescribed me an SSRI and low dose (300 mg) gabapentin. Won’t test me for SNF. I don’t want to keep living like and this is the best hunch I have. Any advice? I’m 32 male and active but it is now causing me multiple lower back muscle strains that are very hard to fix due to tightness and sharp pains. Thank you in advance to the community
