Help me Build my First Gaming PC

I'm finally ready to make the switch to PC. I will mainly be using it for gaming and simple everyday task usage. I plan on playing games like CoD, Fortnite, Destiny, Valorant, DayZ, Sports games, and the occasional simulation games like Cities Skylines. I would like to have a modest setup to be able to play GTA 6 whenever it comes out to PC. I guess my target specs would be 1440p at around 144FPS. I currently have a ASUS 165hz monitor that I don't 'plan' on upgrading.

I do also plan on doing a little 3D modeling for some simple 3D printing. But that isnt a dealbreaker if not.

Here is what I came up with on my own with my little research. Please help me adjust any parts if it doesn't make sense.
