Hi everyone, I have got a question.

I hired a Ukrainian gardener today to work on my garden. It's been 40 degrees outside and he worked like a champ. I offered him something to drink on many occassions, but he kept refusing.

I was wondering if that refusal had a cultural background or if this guy was just stubborn.
