Banned Account help
It's been a year since my account got banned.
TBH, I don't care about returning to the platform, but my Toyhouse account housed more than 300 ocs with their art, with a total worth going over 4000$ legally bought.
I emailed them more than 20 times across the months, but with no response.
First, I tried to use my secondary accounts, which I made way before getting banned, but they were both instantly banned without reading through my ticket with the proof.
Second I went through the system of sending emails, but alas no fucking response.
I was banned because someone flagged me mid-trade. I was away (posted about it and put it on the front page of my account that I was away for vacation), didn't have the time to do anything before I found my account gone by the admin.
Funny enough, the flagging came from a very toxic closed species and from the user who reported me, who ghosted me after I tried to sort things out. This species even privated the masterlist link of the oc we were supposed to trade (I already finished most of the art) with my name of ownership on it.
I even offered to trade everything back, let the person keep the art, etc, because I didn't want any problems, in the hope they would retract the flag. I begged the admin too to accept this solution because I also had people on there who bought commissions from me.
Unfortunately, here I am still, technically robbed by Toyhouse of more then 4000$+ worth of ocs and art.
I don't know if people outside can open a ticket for me, but at this point I don't care anymore; I just want my ocs and my art back.
