Hey everyone, this is my first time posting and i just started applying to DLR a month ago. Was immediately denied from Costuming but I have an interview with Theme Park Experience Services - Part Time.

I know that this is a call center job, which I have some experience with, but what are the benefits? I know this is a cast member position, so does this mean I get the same benefits ex. free passes, discounts across the park, free parking, etc., new starting wage?

Would i also be able to transfer after 12 months to a new position internally to something inside the park?

Is the job particularly difficult? Interview tips?
