Spontaneous Crying

Does anyone else experience spontaneous crying? My neurologist referred to the condition as pseudo bulbar affect. It's been nine years since my stroke and I still experience spontaneous crying with no emotional trigger. I was speaking with a friend about exercising at home vs. exercising at a gym, and something about the topic just triggered me to tears. I wasn't sad or angry. I just had the overpowering urge to cry. It's both embarrassing and annoying.

I'm very much enjoying playing the game Control on the Vision Pro. For $4.99 it was a steal and plays quite well on the M2 unit. Just wondering if anyone else was playing.
