Delayed sore throat after passing a peanut oral food challenge? Anyone else?

I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
I passed a supervised peanut oral food challenge on Monday. The next morning (Tuesday) around 8 AM, I ate peanut butter at home. Around 11 AM, I developed a pretty painful sore throat, but it was only on the left side. It got worse throughout the day.
Wednesday morning I woke up with mildly puffy eyelids (very unusual for me, but they resolved within an hour). My throat hurt to talk, swallow, eat, and drink. I took Benadryl before going to urgent care, but it didn’t seem to help the throat pain or the eyelid swelling. Urgent care diagnosed me with viral pharyngitis.
Now it’s the end of Thursday, and I feel almost completely back to normal. The sore throat is basically gone, there’s no more “lump in my throat” feeling, and I have almost no pain.
I know true IgE-mediated peanut reactions usually happen within minutes to a couple of hours, so this doesn’t seem to fit the typical pattern. But the timing after eating peanut butter has me wondering.
Has anyone else had a delayed sore throat or throat swelling after passing an oral food challenge? If so, what did your allergist think it was? Was it ultimately just a coincidence with a virus, or did they think it was some type of delayed reaction?
I’m following up with my allergist, but I’d really appreciate hearing if anyone has had a similar experience.
