Can someone guide me on how to switch xeno pet to the new pet soul? I’m so confuse if I should unawaken my main deploy penguin from r5 to y1 then use it on soul but not sure will it affect the other penguins. It so messy!! I need help!!

I just reduce my dark matter construct from R3 to Y5 so that can I can boost my transgalactic tentacles set boost. Conduct experimental is done too.. I still have remaining 120 shards I’m not sure where to put… any guidance would be greatly appreciated!!
