Brushing morning and night??

Hi there!

I'm someone who, for a long time, has struggled with their personal hygiene. I didn't grow up in a great environment in terms of learning good personal hygiene. Throughout my teenage years have depressive episodes that have left me without much in the way of my hygiene for weeks or months, but I'm currently in a state where I'm working on getting myself to be a functioning young adult.

So, my question is, how do you do it? Brushing morning and night, that is. Most people eat breakfast in the morning so do you just get up an hour or more before you have to leave and do so? What's your "method"? And also, I love to drink water or a small energy drink throughout the morning. How do you deal with the aftertaste? I have what I need in terms of taking care of my teeth, but now is the method :) thank you!

TLDR; grew up bad, working on getting my hygiene back to up. What's your method for brushing morning and night -- waking up really early? And how do you deal with the after taste when you want to drink stuff.

This post is for current med students, pre-med students, doctors, anyone who can help.

I'm currently a high school junior with the intention of going into medicine, specifically emergency as an Emergency Medicine Physician.

What colleges would you all suggest? What college did you go to, what did you major in would you suggest it?

My preference is that it doesn't have a major difference between in and out of state tuition but not a requirement. What are the pros and cons? Did vou move states for that college? Did it happen to be in the same state as the medica school you went to? Anything is appreciated thank you!!
