I Don't know if I'm Eligible for a job at all. Need Genuine Advice
Hello, I'm a 2026 Batch Student, 23 years old, Information Science branch. It's been 3 months since i graduated but didn't get placed, because of my 10th and Diploma marks.
I got 56 percent in 10th, and in Diploma I got a year back due to health issue, and passed out a year later with 64 percent
Now I have passed with 8 CGPA in B Tech, but Didn't get placed. Because of my 10th Standard marks and my Diploma Marks, I was INELIGIBLE For most companies in my college.
I can't even apply to any mass hiring, service based companies like TCS, HCLTech, etc because of my poor marks, as they have a cutoff of 60 percent and above. College placements also finished. Even thought of taking Non Tech, like sales and others, but the growth scope wasn't there.
Almost every company i see require atleast 60 percent in academics, whether it's Service based, Product based, or any mid level companies
Thought of Doing Higher studies, but with these marks, it would be the same situation all over again.
I'm Confused and Honestly Afraid on what to do, as because of my terrible marks, I'm not able to get an opportunity anywhere.
I applied on Company Career Pages, Cold Emails, LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, Wellfound, Instahyre, you name it, I've applied hundreds of times on those apps, yet there's hardly any responses at all.
Is there any way I can get a job in this depreciated job market, with marks like this? I really need some help. Any advice is appreciated.
