Overclocking DDR4 samsung C-die

Hello im trying to hyper optimize my PC at this moment and i want to know why do i get Ram errors, i have a samsung C-die 2x8 kit from back in 2020 rated for 1.35v 3200 cl16 (edit forgot to mention ryzen 7 3700x and an asrock x570 phantom gaming 4 mobo), i managed to make it run completely flawlessly at 3400 cl16, i tried 3600 18-22-22-22-42 and it seems to run flawlessly until like 13-15 minutes in when my pc reboots without a BSOD or anything, is that an issue with the silicon or is it heat buildup from the fact that i have subpar cooling? Also is trying to run it at 1.34 or 1.33v make it more stable or unstable ? I wanna make it so that i can get it there and forget ab it forever without worrying ab long term stability issues

CPU seems (at least from what i tracked) to ignore my UV

i have a ryzen 7 3700x, i used offset -50mv and it seems like the CPU still spikes to 1.5v in single threaded tasks, and even with or without the undervolt it seems like it never hits the 4.4ghz and stops at 4.150 or 4.175ghz

Undervolting 9070xt

Hey guys, im in the market right now looking for something along the lines of a 9070/9070xt performance and i was wondering, i saw that u can get a lot of free performance from AMD gpus by undervolting and OC'ing them, i wanna do undervolt first more than anything else so im gonna ask this here, which is the most generally agreed upon Brand to have the best undervolting capabilites cuz i've heard multiple people say steel legend, nitro+ and like 3-4 other brands does anyone have the knowledge to narrow it down for me to at least 2-3 of them
