Is ACS worth it when you hold RDCS?

I’m in Nebraska USA and CCI isn’t really well known here. Eventually I do want to relocate to the PNW.

I’ve been considering getting my ACS but since I hold ARDMS credentials I don’t know how worth it this endeavor would be. Would I be more marketable outside of Nebraska? Right now it would do nothing for my current job.

I attracted a bird I’ve never seen before when I switched food

I switched out our basic wild bird food for some specialty seeds that include raisins and this guy showed up. Any ideas what he is? Located in eastern Nebraska
