GMC Extended Warranty in California – Wholesale Dealers?

Just got a GMC Ultimate HD and wanted to buy the Platinum Protection Plan. Since I'm in CA, I am legally blocked from buying from out-of-state guys like Knapp.
My local CA dealer is asking $8500. Does anyone know a high-volume California GM dealer or finance manager who sells the official plans near wholesale? (I've heard Abel GMC is good, but looking for any active leads).
Appreciate any help!
