How much do your physics assistants out earn faculty?

Yes, you heard that right. Our physics assistants are unionized and out earning our faculty physicists year-for-year for their entire salary progression.

Not really looking for advice, just a place to vent about how inverted our salaries have become at my institution due to lack of collective bargaining by faculty.

My Rolleiflex just finish getting rebuilt and is ready for another 75 years of service

I just took delivery of this Rolleiflex 3.5B MX-EVS rebuilt by Magicflex. This model is a little bit unique because it is the last of the Rollei models to have a 10 bladed aperture before they switched to the 5 blade version. I had the original Tessar lens replaced with the Magicflex planar-type 75mm lens (which I think is the planar lens from the Light Lens Lab / Seagall collaboration). While the whole thing was pricey, I fully expect it to be a forever camera for me.
