I was looking more towards resale homes but it’s hard to ignore the low rates for a new contraction homes.

I know understand.
All I said was I worked less OT so we’ll have less money.

I noticed a small yellow stain on the crown so I tried brushing it with just water, now the stain has spread more. I suspect the yellow is the glue/lacquer dissolving with the water. I don’t care much since this is my work hat,

but how would i take care of a palm leaf hat as I am going to get another one for regular outings. This is just cheap Cavender’s hat, maybe a better quality hat would have this issue with the glue? If so what is a good brand for Palm leaf hats?
