Clearly, they found it intelligent to not have a single fkn person working this weekend. Without even bringing in a skeleton crew despite the extent of this outage.

The real question is, since Independence Day was yesterday, Saturday, do you think the given work holiday was on Friday or will it be tomorrow?

I'm going to presume that they gave them tomorrow, so I'll be getting my service back on tuesday, because why tf not lol

P.S.- MAKE SURE TO REQUEST YOUR SERVICE FAILURE CREDITS. You pay good money every month for your service, you now have missed out on at least 1/15th of the service you were meant to have. If it's still out tomorrow, it'll be 1/10th. If you've been out since Friday, it'll be 1/7.5. be sure to get your refunds and make them pay for this absolute nonsense.

I get that it's a literal holiday, but it's the waiting that makes this outage torturous.

Every 2 or so hours I get a fkn auto call that says "were still working on it." When I call in, it says the same thing and auto disconnects. When I call in and try to get around it, for some reason it says that they don't serve my zip code and disconnects. When I finally got around all of that and got to speak with someone (which felt like an Indian call center guy who taught himself English with a California surfer's accent - very bizarre, but he was nice), he told me that he didn't know when service would be restored because the eta he can see literally just says "date/time."

I feel like there are no techs working. How/why else wouldn't the eta be updated to SOMETHING!? Just tell me that service will restored tomorrow, when people are in to fix it. Not an empty implication that they are actively working on it.
