Trigger warning: Mentions of self harm

I was banned for self harm in a story when I never wrote about self harm, I used to have thoughts on self harm and I would never write about self harm nor glorify it, I have a best friend irl that struggles with it themselves, I know the severity of it, help would be greatly appreciated, I sent in three appeals and they were all denied
