Kalshi competitor platform gave me my money back
I don’t gamble. I earn.
So when I unexpectedly lost on a position that I knew I would win, I realized something was off and had to investigate further. In doing so, I discovered that the data being displayed was incorrect.
And by incorrect, I don’t mean old, delayed, or incomplete. As frustrating and costly as that can be, I understand how that might happen. What I saw was different: the data was completely inverse.
I captured screenshots, sent them to support, and after about a week, they replied acknowledging the error and initiated a refund.
I don't understand how inverse data could occur accidentally. It's unacceptable and i'm glad that Polymarket made it right. I'm confident that Kalshi would not have done the same.
