Global Entry vs MPC
Hello! I recently got a new credit card and one of the perks of it is a Global Entry credit. I currently have PreCheck and use MPC whenever I can when flying international (which I probably roughly average 1 per year though I hope to do more in the future. (Current plans: I have a cruise based international travel planned this December and an international flight planned for next May).
With this in mind, is it worth going through and applying for Global Entry if I have Pre+MPC already? It shouldn’t cost me because of the credit but I want to know before going through the hassle of applying and doing the interviews and everything.
Thank you!
Even when life gets tough, I know I can make some good food for myself. Butter chicken on some saffron rice (hidden by the chicken).

Hello! I have been having an issue for awhile now where, under heavy loads (like when gaming), my computer decides to hibernate on me. It will just freeze, the "Hibernating..." screen will briefly flash and then the computer will hibernate. I've been using Hibernate over Sleep due to an issue where the computer's lights sometimes refuse to turn off when sleeping (even with hibernate it sometimes turns itself back on, but it happens less, this is a whole separate issue).
It might be heat related, but my computer is almost never at the cutoff temperature when it happens, and I have seen a proper overheat shutdown before and for that it just turns off instantly. It does only happen when I'm playing a game though. I don't really play anything too intense (most recent issue happened with Kerbal Space Program, but it has happened with PEAK, Satisfactory and Risk of Rain 2). It's on a fan stand and it's less common when I set the fans to run at full power, but even then, I don't think really anything I do is too intense for a laptop with these specs.
Does anyone have any ideas on what may be causing this and how I can fix it? It is very annoying to deal with and kind of scary.

My friends and I are getting into making video games and the name we've chosen for our studio is apparently very similar to an already existing publisher of DND/TTRPG books. We chose the name before we knew they existed (I actually found them in the trademark lookup portal) and we really like the name and it fits well with how we started talking about making games together (DND funny enough). We haven't formally begun trying to register as a business or file for trademarks yet but I want to make sure it won't cause any legal issues before we actually go to file any sort of paperwork for anything.
Our question is then, are these two categories (video games and TTRPGs) different enough as far as Trademark/Copyright law goes to warrant two companies with the same name existing? We're mostly doing this as a hobby, but we want to make some money and have a legal entity behind our studio and plus we really don't want to get sued or dragged into any sort of legal issues if/when we do publish any games. We have zero interest in stepping on their toes, they sell digital copies of their books but no video games, and none of our actual game ideas are related to their products in any way. We have also not reached out to them or been in contact in any way.
If it would cause an issue, we will find a new name, it's not the end of the world, but I wanted to ask first before we move forward on anything officially so we can brainstorm a new name if need be.
