I sold a watch, an old Swiss mechanical. I made sure the watch was running, time would set etc. Anyway I'm not new to old watches and understand they can just break, so when the buyer opened a return -"item doesn't work" I wasn't completely surprised, I'll refund and look the watch over when I get it back it.

Here's where it gets weird. The buyer opened the account in Oct 2025, has 856 positives!!, has left zero feedback for others? and has not sold anything? Many of their feedbacks have been left by the same sellers, like several in one day?

The buyer never messaged me about the watch asking why it doesn't work or what's actually wrong with it.

Am I dealing with a bot? What's going on here?
