I'm joining a new company they asked me to get a full body medical checkup and then send them, just the company joining formalities then they'll send me the offer letter. So where could i get one and like how much time could they take ? Because i have to take leave too if necessary in my current organisation for this process.
No hate to marathis first of all, i have marathi friends a lot in my life.
My manager was forced to resign today, he knew the day was coming but this early he didn't know that.
The company is in war nowadays to remove all the singh as the marathis population is increasing day by day here. They tease non-marathi with words like "bhaiya-log".
So my manager's boss is Marathi.
He was hired by a non marathi boss but that previous boss changed the job eventually.
So his new boss is a marathi, since day 1 he was hating him because of course my manager way of talking, it's weird but he isn't speaking aggressively. He just uses a lot of "hum" instead of "mei". So that sounds weird he is a banarasi guy maybe that's how they speak. I'm a non marathi too but we use "mei" instead of "hum" so even i found it weird sometimes but i get it. But i think my manager's boss - HOD didn't like it.
He always teases him like he is some illiterate dude, in reality my manager is a very knowledgeable person. He might know even more than HOD himself in the field.
So just a week ago, 2 marathis (HOD relatives) got into our department. I'm not guessing they're literally his relatives, when we checked their intelligence according to our department that was all wrong and some things are different state wise. They knew the knowledge of Maharashtra factory rule and here they are hired without an interview in the Gujarat factory rule plant.
And yeah our company plant is in Gujarat so racism happened not even in Maharashtra but in Gujarat.
Just the 2 guys are like 3-4 days and today one mistake happened and my manager is forced to resign. Now it's just obvious now, A marathi is gonna sit on manager position, and eventually I'm gonna be a target too, because the HOD was targetting me too from the start.
The first time i got a good manager who actually looked after the team and he got removed because of dumb racism. Everyone wishes that there manager should be the good guy the team leader who actually supports their team, our team has marathi guy but my manager never differentiate among us even me i got more yelling by him. If he can't differentiate then how come his boss was the racist one.
I'm trying to get a job in my Hometown but my field is very rare 😭 which is making it hard to get that job in my hometown.
So my hindi speaking people have you faced such racism in a job by your new boss who is a non hindi speaking dude ? How do you guys survive there ?

I moved from facebook to instagram, instagram was all about photos at that time and i could really meet wonderful photographers around the world and they were really nice people, no toxicity at that time, then my friends came so i followed them they followed back good thing nothing changed
Since in Facebook whatever i like every other in my friends could see that yaman liked this, even my comments every friend could read. So no privacy
This thing was not in Instagram before. Then came reels then came toxicity, the fights
Just like facebook now instagram is same too No privacy everyone could see my like and my comments Forget about photography I literally have to think 10 times before even posting anything And like i was meeting new people around the globe by my photography
Nowadays people are afraid to even talk to strangers on Instagram
I really miss the good ol' days of that part of Instagram.
Now i wanna move from instagram to another platform like i moved from facebook to instagram.
