Small new oil leak

I did reseal the rocker cover some time back. Thoughts on this?

Material for the wiring harness cover

What's the material for the wiring harness cover (behind the headlight)? Mine is missing, plus I want to wrap the wiring harness itself in some spots. Material by itself is probably cheaper, so I was wondering what it was called and where I can get some

White smoke on rapid throttle close

So, 2001 dr650, tm40, stock exhaust, modified airbox, running the suggested procycle jetting.

Just resealed rocker cover, but I don't think that's the problem, since the smoke is white and not bluish white, like burnt oil.

I was checking for leaks and adding the oil I spilled when doing the rocker cover, so this was done on somewhat warm engine.

My question is, is this fine/normal? My guess is that the accelerator pump is a bit too rich, so when I abruptly close the throttle, this happens. I also think this because when I slowly add throttle, no smoke appears. This is my first carbureted motorcycle, so lmk if I just don't know something.

Exhaust mounting shenanigans

So, I love the way the stock exhaust looks (at least the end of it), but I have some trouble with the mounting points, and as you know, it is very heavy. I do have some random aftermarket exhaust, but it's way too loud imo.

Anyway, to the actual problem.

The top bolt is fine. There was a hole in place of the middle mount when I got the bike, so I just filled it with some jb weld steel stik. (Probably not the best idea, but it's already done) The lower mount on the exhaust doesn't go far enough to reach the frame mount.

I was thinking of somehow mounting it with p clips, stainless wire, and exhaust hangers (picture 4), but idk if that's going to be enough to hold this lump. And yes, I do want to get a gsxr exhaust, but that's not in the budget atm. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Cam bore plug leak

It's weeping a good amount. Is there any way to stop the leak without disassembling and replacing it?

Clutch troubles (still)

So, I bought a 2001 with 16k miles (allegedly), and the clutch doesn't engage properly. First I thought the arm is adjusted improperly, but after playing around with positions, don't think it's that. Then, I thought the clutch was seized. I tried some methods without taking the clutch cover off (gas, clutch in, rear brake), did not help. Today I took off the clutch cover, everything looks fine, plates are not fused. In the video i tried adjusting the cable past what's normal (waaaaay past any sort of freeplay), still nothing. Any ideas?

UPDATE: It is now fixed. There are 2 things I changed in the last assembly. Filing down the outer clutch basket (which I think had the most impact), and flipping the steel plates so the bevel faces out (probably did nothing).

Frame schematic?

Frame's slightly bent, I want to see which way and by how much. Anyone have a schematic with dimensions?

No clutch freeplay after NSU fix.

As the title says, I just did the nsu fix, and after the reassembly, it seems like I can't get the clutch to work properly. I set the clutch arm so it points to the second cylinder nut, then tighten the cable until it points to the first one. When I do this, there is no freeplay in the cable, but if I don't do this, the clutch does not engage enough. Another thing I noticed is that the clutch pull seems heavier than it was before. Did I mess something up during the reassembly or just not setting the clutch arm correctly?
