Just downloaded chess, I am getting crushed by every single player, I was the best player in my friends, but I play in beginner in chess.com, I get crushed by almost everyone, any tips ?

I (19M) need help focusing into my ecom business.

I mostly spend time on my computer at my desk, but focusing becomes a real challenge.

I try to keep my desk clean (pc, nuts to eat, water, pc accessories)

I drink coffee and energy drinks to focus also, but it looks like I'm burning out mentally

I also have a job on the side, which leaves me with no time to have fun or do something that I like, that may also be the issue

Do you note every ad ideas somewhere and make ads later ?

Do you have any notes about the types of ads ?

What are your most used tools and the ones you consider NEEDED ?

No targeted customers or anything like that, generally speaking.

Is it better to have free shipping, free shipping after hitting a price ceiling, or paid shipping ?

Do customers really care about free shipping nowadays ? Are they really gonna care if we charge only a few bucks (<5$) for shipping ? Or is it better to put a price ceiling to unlock free shipping, I want to know what you guys think about it.

So many people in this community actually DM's me and offers me help, completely for free, i don't really understand if its a scam or not, because in discord communities its the same, but at the end they just try to sell you one thing and make money.

Is it legit help or fishing for a sale by gaining trust ?
