Liftgate and Battery Depletion

Is there a way to leave the CX 50 liftgate open without depleting the car’s battery if I just wanted to hang out in my car for an extended period? At a park for instance.

Pulled back seal?

I came out of the gym today to notice that my driver’s side door appears to have a bit of an issue (as shown in the photo). Looks like the seal has been bent back. I know for certain that no one has tried physically breaking in. I’m curious if anyone knows of a simple fix? Is this bendable or am I now shelling out $500 for a new component?

Finally hit 7 figures yesterday.

Just wanted to thank this community for helping reach the first milestone I was trying to hit. Projected it to hit about 4 years ago, but business got a little wonky in 2022. Honestly feel about the same as I did before I read the news. I expected that. Just gunna keep plugging away. I use so little that the number is just gunna keep growing. Very happy to feel a little more secure.

EDIT: So it sounds like there is a lot of commenting about the volatility of the stock market. Yeah, a bit of this is in that bucket, but thankfully I'm well diversified across many different asset classes. Either way it's a milestone and I'm happy for myself and my small business for finally hitting this. 😄

Radiator fan running after car is off

Hi everyone,

I’m just curious about the radiator fan and if it’s normal for it to continue to run after the car is turned off.

I parked my car after about 30 minutes of driving today and walked by my car and noticed that the fan was running.

After about 3-5 minutes, it stopped.

A cursory search seems to suggest that it is a normal operation to cool down the car, but I’ve also seen contraindicating information that suggests that maybe the car is low on coolant.

Any thoughts are appreciated.
