Trail Recos to practice
Hello trail runners! I just did my first trail run last September on spartan sto tomas 21k and DNF and it truly humbled me as a road runner transitioning to trail running. Can you please recommend trail spots to practice around manila, central luzon. And also please give me some advice on how to get there, are there registration or fee upon entering the trail. Thanks in advance. Just a solo runner here. 🫡
