Hi! LF a race belt/ waist bag preferably local brands like Kugi or Point Sports.ph. Any recommendations please. Thanks a lot!

Hello trail runners! I just did my first trail run last September on spartan sto tomas 21k and DNF and it truly humbled me as a road runner transitioning to trail running. Can you please recommend trail spots to practice around manila, central luzon. And also please give me some advice on how to get there, are there registration or fee upon entering the trail. Thanks in advance. Just a solo runner here. 🫡

Hi! I’m a trail running from Cebu, and I want to move to anywhere in Luzon na medyo malapit lang from the metro.

Do you know any public trails where trail runners usually run on weekends to train? Or uso ba yung trail running groups/clubs sa inyo?

Hopefully may makasagot :)
