I need to route my calls from twilio to telnyx either through SIP or BYOC, but i'm having difficulty establishing the connection and routing properly.
I tried Credential based sip, FQDN and IP based sip, but the call isn't going through. Any recommendation?
Initially i would like to outbound through telnyx and eventually try to get inbound as well through telnyx.
have you done any similar setup?
I want to use telnyx with twilio based app, but i'm not able to get my calls through. There is always 408 or 403 errors. I tried credentials based routing, ip based routing etc.
Telnyx doesn't allow twilio ips directly in their sip connection. and i want to forward the calls from twilio either through direct sip or BYOC on twilio side.
Need someone who can help me out in fixing this issue.
Has anyone connected telnyx with twilio?
My app is built on top of twilio SDK for out going &incoming calls, now i’m connecting telnyx with twilio to route the call through telnyx to save cost.
i’ve added SIP connection(FQDN) on telnyx side and added sip domains on Twilio side.
I’ve added credentials and whitelisted ips on twilio side and added twilio Sip id on telnyx side, but the call is not routing through telnyx and it rejects the call.
Twilio does send it to telnyx, call handshake initiates but the I get 403 on outbount and 407 error oninbound.
I just finished building an iOS and Android VoIP app using Twilio. It works great, but with launch right around the corner, the potential costs are seriously terrifying me.
For those running Twilio apps, how are you actually profitable? What do your margins look like in the real world?
If anyone can share some actual numbers or just reassure me I won't go bankrupt on day one, I'd hugely appreciate it.
