Hello I found some cut up moose sheds off a highway pull out and found a moose skull in Yukon. I would like to take these home to Pennsylvania. Not sure if I have to get paper work or declare them at the boarder crossing. No tissue or brain matter on the skull

This is the quote we received to have our 1987 E150. We have a rear main seal leak, and to get it aligned we have to switch it over to a more modern configuration. They also said our water pump was leaking even though I check the coolant level after and it hasn't dropped. Are we getting ripped off? The mechanic said $3500 ish to replace the front end in order to get an alignment
