South Carolina Coast, is this a fossil?

Found in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, USA on the beach. I originally thought it was coal or petrified wood but the two ventricular looking spots make me wonder.

Found this rock during low tide along the coast of Myrtle Beach. SC. USA.

-it is actually fainting glitterly here and there in the light. Looks like very tiny sporadic quartz--less than .1mm

-localized but fairly densely covered areas with black/dark green spots everywhere. They have a texture, you can feel them.

-very few spots where a mollusc digged in

-only have identified diorite, basalt, quartz and jasper in the same area i found this specimen (if that helps)

Didn't get any play elsewhere, so I'm posting it here! Hopefully this pictures help. Please and Thank You!!

Hey y'all! Found this guy in Myrtle Beach, SC.

If you can't tell it sparkles a little in intense light. It doesn't leave any mark when scratched against some paper. Rough textured. It is covered with many very tiny green/black dots.

What do y'all think? Thank you!
