I am 23 from England. My 5 friends are planning a trip to Bastia, Corsica, in May/Early-June. Only I have a driver's license, and I've been driving for 5 years. I'm quite anxious about the driving situation, especially since we'd need to rent a bigger car. We'll be there for 3 nights, so I'm not sure if a car is worth it.

I know lots of people recommend getting around by car, but I'm wondering if 3.5 days of city and beach exploration would be worth it. How costly are taxis, and does anyone have recommendations?
