These rips are appearing and getting worse by the day on my 2013 Chevys driver seats.

Any suggestions on how to fix them or stop them from getting worse? It started with a tiny crack and in like 2 weeks with less than 5 hrs of driving it has gotten this bad.

The top rip literally appeared overnight, like it went from a tiny rip to the full thing open in like 7 hrs
