I kinda have this idea of a fanmade story. I remember once seeing a video that I know was fanmade, but it looked so real, so...Maybe I shouldn't be asking this question...? I mean but is it possible to make your own Pokémon Masters story? I probably wouldn't be able to, but I'd like to know if it's possible. Sorry if the question is confusing

So a few days ago, I came across a video about a ROM Hack called Pokémon Z. I read what it was about and found it interesting, so I downloaded it, but it gave me an error. I'd post a screenshot of said error, but for some reason the Images & Video option is grayed out and won't let me click on it, but the error said "Error creating context: Could not create GL context:". I went to the game's Reddit and some guy told me that the files weren't a ZIP, despite me downloading it from the official link, and that I'd have to delete the game, however, the last time I did that (Pokémon Insurgence was the game), it wouldn't let me redownload it. Both games do have different ways of downloading but I'm worried about getting the same outcome with this game. The guy who told me what I needed to do hasn't responded, so I went to the Pokémon Subreddit for help. I was maybe starting to get somewhere when the post got deleted by mods, and now I'm here. Does anyone, maybe even someone who's played this Pokémon Z, know an alternative way to successfully boot up the game? It seems really interesting and I want to try it out.
