





Can Grailed remove false reviews ?
I’m frustrated because this is my first experience shipping out to an international customer. The item had no issues whatsoever, I paid to ship it out and I even gave it to the customer for a lower price than I really wanted to. The item arrives at their postal service and the customer complains about the tariff that they have to pay and wants me to basically reimburse them for half of THEIR tariff. I originally felt bad and agreed to do so and the agreement was that I would send the half next week (i thought about it and i decided that I wouldn’t do it). But they have been harassing me when the week hasn’t even ended and the next thing I know I have a bad review of 1 star.
