Do any of you try to say all three daytime hours? If you recite all three, which one is your favorite? If you only say one, which one do you find yourself doing most often?
I have heard that the Ethiopian Church teaches the Immaculate Conception. Is this true of the other Oriental Orthodox Churches?

I’m a 40 year old Catholic who has been studying church history, theology, philosophy, the mystical aspects of both eastern and western Catholicism/Orthodoxy, the Fathers etc you name it, for about 20 years. I was christmated Greek Orthodox back in the day but returned to Catholicism after some years as I personally felt this was what my conscience demanded.
Please note: yes I am Catholic but this is not a papacy thread. I will *not* discuss or argue about the papacy. We can assume the papacy is false for the purposes of this discussion.
My questions: What is the objective criterion one can appeal to which demonstrates True Orthodox are schismatics and mainstream Orthodox are the true church? Or that one should be Eastern Orthodox instead of Oriental Orthodox or a member of the Church of the East? Any insight here would be appreciated.
For transparency I asked this on another thread but only one person replied and I was hoping to get some other feedback.
