What can students in the UK do to prepare for their future career?

I've just been reading a post about UK graduates apparently lacking motivation in their careers. People are arguing in the comments, as per tradition. To stay positive, what career advice would you give young people in the UK specifically to help them do well in getting a job and building a career?

You have £5 to make a meal to feed 4 people, what are you making?

Inspired by YouTubers who do budget food challenges.

The rules: Buy ingredients as they come from the supermarket, no pro rata. You can use salt, herbs, spices, water, oil, condiments that you have at home and anything that you can forage in the wild.

1KG Rice for £0.52

6 Mixed Eggs for £1

1KG Mixed Frozen Veg for £0.99

1KG Chicken Legs for £2.25

That's £4.76 total. Add the largest onion you can get for 24p. Make egg fried rice with light and dark soy sauce and serve with a grilled chicken leg each (usually there's 4-5 in a 1KG pack. More than enough for 4 people.

I have this idea for a party I want to throw in the garden, Nintendo Wiis/Switch, some projectors, Just Dance games for music and Mario Kart/Party games. Of course there would be food and drinks too, does that sound fun?
