Transtape pulls during workout

Hi all,

I’ve relatively small breast tissues, but I still need to either bind or tape. Lately it has been unbearably hot and I feel like I’d pass out if I keep wearing my binder while working out.

Every time I tape however, it pulls at the skin near my armpits whenever I lift my arms. Is that a common occurrence, or is there a better way to tape?

Is this type of physique achievable as a female?

Hi,

do you guys think this type of physique is achievable as a woman through consistency, hard training, and nutrition alone?

The person in the reference picture is female, but I don’t know whether she took any substances such as steroids or testosterone. The other photo shows the same person 4 years earlier.

I have a similar bone structure and I’m very consistent with my training and nutrition. However, the V-taper shape feels so out of reach, and being out-benched by a teenage boy is so discouraging after so much training.

For reference, I’m 28 years old, around 5’8”, eat enough calories and proteins, and train 6x a week (hitting every muscle group twice a week). I’d appreciate any form of advice 🙏

Edit:
I got some weird DMs, so I think I need to clear something up. The teenage boy I mentioned above is my younger brother who barely trains (we’re about the same height). I’m not trying to compete with males, but the fact that a teenager is so much stronger highlights how weak my upper body is, which is an area I’d like to focus on improving.

I also think that a muscular upper body is both beautiful and strong, so it’s a goal to work towards to. Most of my female gym friends (and many fitness influencers as well) focus primarily on bulking their glutes and legs, so there isn’t much advice available regarding on how to effectively build a larger upper body as a female.
