Medic!
Medic's on hit proc for heals is holding it back from being a good healer, especially vs bosses. I think making them a dash unit like samurai and agent would help a lot or you can make it a relic and call it MEDIC! This would still be on theme having a medic dash across the battlefield to heal injured dudes.

Tier 3 - Full Undead team is still very good.
These Frankendudes grew bigger than the boss. The only con about this team is if you don't have boney backhand and knucklebones by mid game, you might be in trouble. Stall by not picking enemies with cleave until you do.

Ensemble mode slots
Just how many collectibles do we need to unlock the last 2 slots of ensemble mode? I pretty much got 98% of tier 1 collectibles and now I'm 20% into tier 2 and I haven't unlock any yet. I was really looking forward to ensemble mode, but having to unlock the last 2 slots kills it for me. I just want to theorycraft and play with full teams I want to play with. I could care less about doing tier 2 and 3.
