Dark green was leading the race, lap 11. The dark green car had continuously defended in the manner shown in the video for the last 5-6 laps of the race, staying on the very right of the track to prevent being overtaken by the Green/White car. However, this time around, the Green/White car pushes Dark Green a few times on the main straight, before being unable to brake and going straight into the back of the Dark Green car, forcing him deep and so to accept P4 as the final result as there were another 2 cars ready to pounce. I was curious as to 2 questions:

1. Who is at fault? Dark Green or Green/White
2. If Dark Green was hard done, is there anything for them to be gained by filing a protest?

Any input appreciated.

I assumed the green car originally but on second thought maybe the blue car wasn't aware?
