Education in Manipur

The current education ecosystem in Manipur faces several structural challenges:

high dependence on private tuition,

overcrowded coaching classes,

lack of personalization,

inadequate practical learning,

outdated teaching methods,

and increasing educational pressure driven by fear of missing out (FOMO).

.

.

Turns out vast majority of teacher turns out to be people who graduated and simply starts teaching as a means of income rather than sheer passion. No experience, no side quest; that's a dead end for the students. I can do a debate about this whole day

.

.

Informal economy; business on cash without reporting true income. Tuition, coaching etc thats literally tax evasion. One teacher has a batch of 5-6 classes a day with 80-90 students charging atleast 6k per head. Do the math. The whole act of sending tuition and receiving is economically inefficient and this should be replace by a more effective one. Yes, I wish to do something for this very soon!

.

.

A fresh graduate has literally nothing to do without the aid of someone else. So yeah preparing for government exam came next. Starts at 21 ends at 29. Wasting our prime lives on seeking certainty so that we can be on loop till we are 60. Too much to speak and yet so tired to type😬

.

.

Anyone is enthusiastic enough to change the system reach me out someday and we can make a change somewhere in the near future.

Yes. I live in Noida since I am working here. But I am more than happy to come back home to build a better future.
