I used to watch a really cozy and awesome creator around 2017-2019. She was American and owned a blue budgie that would fly around her room while she showed a top down view of her watercolours that I think included pen drawing too. The budgie was a big presence back then. At the time she made money from comissions she'd get and her art videos were a little like vlogs. They'd include sometimes a walk outside and chats about life and herself, her packing the art to send out.

She had longish black hair but had a straight cut fringe. I've got a feeling I remember her enjoying pennyboarding.

It was super cozy, no shouting or hype, just chill vibes.
