Looking for REAL family-run local restaurants/warungs in Ubud — no tourist traps

Me and my girlfriend will be staying in Ubud for about two weeks and I’m looking for genuinely local, family-run places to eat.
I’m not looking for Instagram-famous restaurants, trendy cafés, Westernized “authentic” restaurants, or places that mainly cater to tourists.
I want the kind of place that’s been run by the same family for decades, grandma is still cooking, recipes passed down through generations, small menu, simple setup, and mostly locals eating there.
Basically, if your Indonesian or Balinese grandmother took you somewhere to eat, where would she take you?
I don’t care if it looks fancy. Honestly the more hole-in-the-wall and family-run the better. I’m happy to travel outside central Ubud and into surrounding villages for something special.
Any old-school warungs or family restaurants you’d recommend?

What’s the best eSIM to use in Bali?

I get so many mix reviews about all the brands and it’s frustrating finding out some decent information I’ll be in Bali for 17 days do I just wait and get it at the airport? Or do I get it online?
