As the title says last night I loaded up to just run around Buried City looking for ARC to kill when I found a bastion and was trying to solo it by myself with an Anvil. I get almost to the point of dying and I can hear and see it getting demolished by a hullcracker and it finally explodes I run over and as I emerge from the alley there are five other players all playing instruments (guitar, flute, shaker). One guy asks me hey are you the guy soloing the Bastion I responded with yes I was trying he goes wanna join “The Band” I said sure and he drops a flute, this was the beginning of the most fun 15-20 minutes I’ve had: killing ARC, saving downed raiders and just jamming out I laughed so hard it was awesome. We extracted and I was like damn that was fun might as well call it a night and as I said that one of the raiders friend requests after that raid I accept and turns out he’s new to the game asked if I’d help him complete some missions and some of his benches and said sure dropped him a few things I had taking up space in my inventory including BP’s I didn’t need and now I’ve made a friend from the other side of the world. All in all it was an awesome night.
