Hey! So I just literally bought this on Amazon and it came yesterday. And I charged it for awhile and when I first plugged it up it flashed 100 and I didn’t think anything of it well I left it charging for a few hours and today I tried to use it and when I plug it up into my Xbox Ally X it just flashes a 1% icon. I tested it with my phone and same thing…. And googling it says to reset the bank to hold the power button for 20second and I tried that and nothing!!!!

Do the Jsuax 180 type c adapters work on the Xbox ally x with the Jsuax case on?

Looking for a few battery pack recommendations. Most I see are 20k and 25k packs. How long of extra life would I expect out of those? Know it will varies between games All
