Has anyone taken Journavx alongside opioids? If so, how was it? It seems somewhat new.

What can I do to get rid of the tongue pain??? I assume it’s from the torture device they use to hold the mouth open, but my god! It’s worse than my throat when I swallow.

Surgery is tomorrow morning. I'm super anxious but trying to keep myself distracted to not dwell on it too much. I've already done all the prep that's recommended online (ice packs, humidifier, liquids, etc).

How else can I possibly prepare for the surgery? Anything I should do today/tonight to help with recovery and/or my sanity?

And, what's important for me to know going into this? I've read so much so I feel pretty informed on the common things (such as bleeding). Any tips for specific recovery days? What should be done early on vs later in recovery?
