Need help - too much lag !!

I suppose this is a commun topic but I need your help for my case :
I think I've made everything to make my game run smoothly. For instance, I did every step from the wiki except combining my package files because I feel like I don't have so many of them.
Yet, my game is still laggy as hell. 🥲
My current game is a the start of the third generation (grand children just born) in Twinbrooks.
I started without memories and activated them mid game cause I read somewhere that they weren't impactful.
Here are my specs and my mods. Also, my game is not legit. 🏴☠️
