Organic milk 3.6%fat + a scoop of cream at 30% fat + inulin

The only starter I found was in drop of sunflower oil mixed with B. Infantis

10⁹ for 6 drops and I put 12.

Is it ok ? Smell is not foul. I'd say sweet even.
