Who's in the same boat?

So here is the thing. I was getting updates about previous day earning everyday at evening. Since 2 days ago its just blank. I changed nothing. Once it happened before and it stayed empty. No i contacted the support and they told me they opened the ticket and it will take up to 6 weeks to resolve it. hm. who else in this situation and for how long?
