mac computer for eng

I heard macs aren't recommended for eng students however the computer I use right now is a macbook. Would it be really difficult to do my work on a mac or should I buy a windows computer to use instead?

Id please!

It's about 10 cm long. I cannot remember where I got this feather, likely in Ontario, potentially somewhere else in Canada or the US.

Found on Vancouver Island, Canada

It's about 36 cm long and found by the water. Also the photo makes it look pretty black, but it looks more dark brown irl.

Accepting too late

I'm really stressed because I'm accepting queens general eng right now and I'm worried there won't be enough time to get residence deposit before June 1 at 4 pm.

Please tell me I have enough time or anything I can do. Thank you

As many of you may remember, u/Signal_Guess_211 said that a link to their zoom meeting (where they would show how they trespassed queens and will do a face reveal) would be posted a few hours before 7:00 pm today.

It is currently 20 min before 7:00 pm.

Where's the link?

I'm deciding between:

  1. McGill Chem Eng

  2. Queens Eng

  3. Waterloo Geological Eng

For McGill, I'm worried about how hard it would be to get work experience since it has no co-op. But people told me that since McGill is so prestigious, it is easier to get internships and jobs.

I like the idea of queens because I'm not super certain on what kind of engineering I would prefer the most. But I'm worried that it will be harder to get a good position with QUIP.

For waterloo, I'm worried that the coop for geo eng is worse and so the prestige of waterloo wouldn't even be worth it. Also, geological engineering is less known and a smaller program so is it harder to find a job?

I appreciate any thoughts/advice on this, thanks!
